English Language Requirements

The ¾ÞÈéÎÞÂë needs to ensure that you, our International students, (for whom English Language is not your first language), have a good standard of English Language to enable you to complete your academic studies to the best of your ability.

  Information on English Language Requirements

The below information should help you to understand whether you require an English Language qualification and what qualifications we will accept at the ¾ÞÈéÎÞÂë as proof of your level of English.

Students who do not meet the standard English entry requirements for their course can consider one of our pre-sessional English courses or if studying as part of the Business School our Level 4 International Route.

If you are unsure of whether your English language level satisfies our criteria, please contact us at Global@chi.ac.uk so that we can advise further.

Please be aware that these qualifications may not be acceptable, should your course’s English Language proficiency requirement need to comply with those of a UK professional regulatory body e.g. Social Work England.

    "two
Exemptions for an English Language test include:
           Expand
